The Motorhome Weekend.
We have a luxury motorhome, and it changes what a photography session can be entirely. Rather than travelling to a location and working in whatever light you find, we travel with the session itself: arriving at the landscape in the late evening, shooting at sunset, waking to shoot at sunrise, and spending the hours in between however the brief calls for.
A secluded woodland clearing. A coastal headland. A private field at the edge of a forest. A hidden waterfall reached on foot at first light. The motorhome provides the base, private, comfortable, equipped, while the landscape provides everything else. The resulting images are unlike anything produced in a studio, a hotel room or even a conventional outdoor shoot.
These weekends are available for solo women, creative sessions and couples, and they are genuinely special. The unhurried pace, the quality of light at golden hour, the privacy of a landscape that belongs entirely to you for the duration, it produces a quality of presence and ease in the subject that nothing else replicates.

Boudoir photography sits at the intersection of portraiture and intimacy, more personal than a fashion shoot, more revealing than a headshot, and considerably more significant than either. The session uses lingerie, silk, robes, flowing fabric and the lines of your own body to create images that are sensual without being explicit, intimate without being exposing.
Every session is bespoke and begins with a proper conversation about what you want, where you want it and what the images should feel like when you hold them. The lighting, whether in a studio, a hotel suite or a dappled clearing in the woods, is always the same quality: soft, dimensional, considered. It doesn’t hide the body. It understands it.
Who it’s for: Any woman who has thought even once that she’d like photographs of herself that capture what she actually looks like. You don’t need a special occasion. You don’t need to be a certain age or shape. You just need to say yes.

The human form as subject, as light study, as something worthy of the same artistic attention given to any other thing of beauty. Because it is.
Fine art nude photography has a history as old as visual art itself, and the tradition it belongs to is one of the most serious in the medium. The nude body is not a provocative subject when handled with genuine artistic intention. It is one of the most complex, expressive and endlessly fascinating subjects available to a photographer.
Where boudoir works with suggestion and fabric, fine art nude works with the body itself, the whole of it, under considered light, in poses that place aesthetic beauty at the centre of every frame. The approach is structural rather than sensational: studying the planes of the body, the way light moves across curves and angles, the language of posture and stillness.
These sessions can take place anywhere. The controlled warmth of a studio. The textured light of an old hotel room. The particular quality of outdoor natural light in a woodland clearing or beside a hidden waterfall, where the body exists in relationship to landscape rather than against a neutral background. Some of the most extraordinary images Jax has made have been outdoors.
Sessions typically open with a boudoir sequence, allowing time to settle and warm into the space and the lens, before moving into the nude work at your pace. There is never pressure to move faster or further than you are comfortable with.

Open Erotica: Intimate Photography
The most intimate session we offer. Explicit, artistic, entirely shaped by you. Images that answer to no definition of beauty except your own.
There are women who want more than boudoir and more than nude. Who want photographs of themselves that are explicitly, unapologetically erotic, not for anyone else, but as a private document of their own sensuality, their body’s full capacity for aliveness and pleasure, their relationship with their own sexuality exactly as it is.
The open erotica session exists for those women. Explicit nude photography, open posing, intimate detail, uninhibited composition, shot with the same artistic discipline and quality of light that governs every session here. The subject matter is explicit. The treatment of it is never cheap.
What these sessions explore: Full nude work including open-leg positioning and intimate body detail, whatever you want to have documented, composed as fine art rather than as record. Jax’s approach is that of a photographer working with a subject: considered, focused on the image, entirely without prurience.
An extended consultation is required before this session, covering what you want, what you don’t want, the specific images and sequences you have in mind, and how the session will be held. Nothing proceeds without absolute clarity. These sessions begin and end entirely on your terms.
Location: The studio offers the most controlled lighting for this type of work. Hotel suites and private homes are equally available. Outdoor erotic sessions, in suitably secluded woodland, by water, or at privately arranged locations, are available by specific arrangement and are amongst the most extraordinary images we have made.

Creative Sessions
The body as canvas. Paint, pigment, clay, water, and sometimes another woman to share the experience with. Some of the most extraordinary images made at Zensuality have involved none of the usual props.
Photography doesn’t require a studio backdrop or a conventional pose to be extraordinary. The sessions that surprise people most, including the subjects themselves, are often the ones furthest from convention: a body decorated with paint, covered in rich clay, or catching light beside running water while pigment runs across the skin.
These are not novelty sessions. They are genuine artistic collaborations, working with texture, colour, movement and the body’s own form to create images that exist nowhere on a spectrum from boudoir to erotica. They are simply their own thing: beautiful, elemental, unlike anything else.
This is Jinx’s domain. While Jax directs and shoots, Jinx brings the artistic instinct that makes these sessions what they are, the way the clay is applied, the angle of the pour, the moment when chaos tips into something unexpectedly beautiful. She experiments freely, has genuine passion for the messy and the elemental, and has absolutely no problem getting covered in it herself. That willingness to be in it alongside the subject changes the energy of the session entirely.

Body Painting
The body becomes a living canvas, painted with pigment, brush and hand in designs that are chosen together in the pre-session conversation. From abstract sweeps of colour to detailed geometric or botanical work. The process of being painted is as much part of the session as the resulting images, a slow, deliberate, deeply tactile experience. Can be combined with any other session type.

Paint Splattering & Pouring
The most visceral and playful of the creative sessions, paint poured, splattered and thrown against the body and around it. The results are chaotic, energetic and completely unlike anything else: the freeze-frame of colour in motion, the body emerging from and dissolving into pure pigment. Best done outdoors or in a studio with adequate space. Extraordinary fun to make and extraordinary to see.

Clay & Earth
The body covered, partially or fully, in clay, kaolin or natural earth pigment, then photographed as the material moves, dries, cracks and falls. One of the most ancient artistic traditions applied to the contemporary body. Elemental, textural and quietly primal. These images tend toward the timeless. Outstanding outdoors, riverbank clay, forest floor, natural water.

A Second Woman: Body to Body
Any creative session can include a second woman as a participant, a friend, a partner, a collaborator, or someone arranged through Zensuality for those who don’t have a specific person in mind. Body-to-body painting, two bodies in clay together, pouring and splattering as a duo, the interaction between two people and a shared material creates a completely different dimension of image. The dynamic is tactile and intimate, not necessarily erotic, though it can be, for those for whom that is part of the brief. Discussed fully at consultation.
Creative sessions work alongside any session type. A boudoir session can incorporate paint. A fine art nude can move into clay. An outdoor erotica session can involve both water and pigment. These elements are additions to, or transformations of, the core session, shaped entirely by your brief.

Photography sessions capture your full intimacy in still images, from tender closeness through to explicit, passionate lovemaking. Every frame composed with the same aesthetic rigour applied to all Zensuality photography.
Videography sessions capture your lovemaking as film, edited, beautifully lit, cinematic in quality. Jax handles all photography and direction. Jinx assists, managing lighting, operating a second camera and handling behind-the-scenes video coverage. The resulting film is intimate, private and genuinely beautiful. It is not pornography. It is a record of two people who love each other, made with the care that record deserves.
Creative couples sessions, paint, clay, water and a second environment, are equally available. Two bodies in paint together, in clay at a riverbank, in motion beside a waterfall. These sessions produce images entirely unlike anything else we make.

Copyright & Model Release
Understanding your
rights and ours.
Photography is a creative act, and like all creative work, it produces rights that matter to both the subject and the photographer. We want these to be completely transparent before your session, not discovered afterwards.
The model release is a short document, not a lengthy legal instrument, but it matters, and we will not begin a session without it.
Quick summary
Jax retains copyright of all images as photographer. Your signed model release allows him to potentially use selected images for portfolio, editorial or commercial purposes. If you wish your images to remain completely private, you can purchase full exclusive rights, after which Jax agrees not to use the images for his own purposes. Both options are available. Neither costs more than a direct conversation.

Jax holds copyright
As the photographer and creative director of every session, Jax automatically holds copyright in all images and footage created, this is standard UK law for commissioned photography. This does not mean the images will be used; it means he retains the right to do so unless that right is transferred.
Model release, required
A model release must be signed before every session begins. This grants Jax permission to use selected images for his portfolio, editorial publication or commercial purposes. The release specifies which types of use are permitted and can be limited to portfolio-only use if you prefer. The specific terms are discussed and agreed before you sign anything.
Purchase full exclusive rights
If you wish your images to remain completely private, not used in any portfolio or commercial context, you can purchase the full exclusive rights to your session images. This transfers Jax’s commercial usage rights to you and he agrees not to use or publish the images in any form. Pricing for full rights is discussed at consultation and depends on the session type. This option is available for every session type including couples and erotic sessions.
