All massage and bodywork sessions at Zensuality are led by Jax. Enquiries for massage, Tantric and intimate sessions are directed to him, and couples enquiries require a conversation with Jax directly before anything is arranged.

“People often expect that intimate bodywork is somehow less demanding than clinical practice. In my experience it is more demanding, because the quality of presence required is total. You cannot be anywhere else but here. And that, for me, is the point.”
Jax is the lead practitioner at Zensuality, responsible for all massage and intimate bodywork sessions. His approach to sensual, tantric and erotic bodywork is rooted in years of personal study, training and direct experience: an accumulation of understanding about how the body responds to skilled, attentive, unhurried touch, and what becomes possible when a client feels genuinely safe enough to receive it.
His work spans the full range of what Zensuality offers, from the deeply sensual Lomi Lomi massage that forms the foundation of the practice, through tantric bodywork and yoni massage, to the intimacy of the couples sessions and events he co-hosts with Jinx. Each requires something slightly different. The common thread is the same quality of complete, undivided attention.
On tantric work: Jax trained in tantric bodywork because he found it to be the most comprehensive framework for understanding the relationship between physical sensation, energetic state and emotional wellbeing. The body holds everything, pleasure, grief, tension, aliveness, and tantric practice provides the tools to work with all of it, with care and without agenda.
On the couples sessions: He leads these with Jinx as equal co-host, but makes it a point to speak with the female partner directly before any couples booking is confirmed. Too many enquiries arrive from men who have decided what their partner wants without asking her. Jax’s interest is in working with women who have made their own decision to be there.
On who he works with: Women, primarily. All ages, all body types, all levels of experience with this kind of work. The only requirement is that you arrive willing to be honest, about what you want, what you’re nervous about, and what would make the session exactly right for you.
Jinx
The person who makes
everything possible.
“I don’t have one fixed role here, I have whatever role the session needs. Sometimes that’s a second pair of hands. Sometimes it’s a female presence in the room that someone needs to feel safe. Sometimes it’s holding a camera while Jax works, or managing the light on an outdoor shoot. I fit around what’s needed. That suits me perfectly.”
Jinx is Jax’s partner, and her role at Zensuality is deliberately fluid. She is not the lead practitioner and does not take her own solo bookings, but she is a genuine and skilled part of the practice across a wide range of sessions. She brings warmth, ease and a quality of natural attunement that shapes the atmosphere of every session she’s part of.
In bodywork: Jinx assists with four-hand massage sessions, working in choreographed synchrony with Jax. She participates in couples sessions as a co-host, helping to hold the space and guide the energy of the evening. And for women who specifically want a female presence in their one-to-one session, as a reassurance, a second body, a shared exploration, Jinx is available for that too. The nature of her involvement is always discussed and agreed at consultation.
In the creative sessions: This is where Jinx is most fully herself. The clay, the paint, the splattering, the mess, these sessions are her territory. She brings genuine artistic instinct to the creative work: the way a body should be painted, where the clay should fall, how paint poured from above catches the light at exactly the right moment. And crucially, she has absolutely no problem getting messy herself. There is something about watching the person directing the chaos also covered in it that makes the whole thing feel less like a photoshoot and more like a genuinely shared experience.
In photography: Jax shoots. Jinx assists, props, second camera, a different angle, behind-the-scenes video, or simply another pair of hands so the session can breathe. She is especially present in couples and outdoor sessions, where two people working in sync makes everything possible that one alone could not.
Together they are Zensuality. But the practice is Jax’s, his vision, his skill, his direction. Jinx is there when she’s needed, which in this work turns out to be quite often.

Sensuality is serious.
Sexuality and sensuality are not lesser dimensions of human experience, they are among the most significant. The fact that mainstream culture treats them as either comic or shameful does not change their importance. Zensuality treats them as what they are: profound, complex, worthy of the same professional attention given to any other dimension of wellbeing.

The woman
decides.
Every session at Zensuality begins with the woman in the room making her own independent decision to be there. Jax does not proceed with couples enquiries until he has spoken directly with the female partner. He does not proceed with any session until the person receiving it has had the time and space to be entirely sure. This is not a policy. It is the only way the work can be done properly.

Professional means
professional.
Sensual and erotic does not mean unserious. The standard of care, the quality of attention and the professional integrity at Zensuality are identical to those maintained in any clinical practice. Jax brings years of experience and focused training to every session. Consent is ongoing and active. The work is held, every time, with the seriousness it deserves.
