Privacy, copyright and the model release.
These sessions carry the most rigorous privacy arrangements at Zensuality. Images are delivered via a private encrypted gallery with a 14-day expiry. Jax retains copyright as photographer, and the model release is required before the session begins, it specifies exactly which types of use are permitted. For clients who want these images to remain entirely private, full exclusive rights are available to purchase, after which Jax agrees not to use or retain the images in any form.
The client may be present in the studio for the deletion of all unchosen images after selection if they wish. This is not offered as an assurance, it is offered because, for some clients, witnessing it matters. It should.
